Hvordan går det?

Hvordan har du det? is okay too, but it really depends on the context. If it is sort of a greeting, when you see some one/in letters Hvordan går det is more common.

Hvordan har du det is almost implying that someone has not been feeling well and now they do. It is also more intimate.
