Sætning: If a coach comes from a state of relative uncertainty and they are not sure if they are that good of a coach that day, then the client senses that. Soon the client is not taking what the coach is saying as something that they need to mold around.

Jeg forestiller mig, at der menes "at arbejde med (en følelse/angst/osv.)" (men er langt fra sikker!), men kender ikke udtrykket "mold around", og har heller ikke fundet det i nogle af mine ordbøger. Andre, der er bekendte med udtrykket?
