English term or phrase: relay broadcast

Jeg er ved at læse korrektur på en netværksbrugsanvisning, og sætningen lyder:
"You can register the Domain Names (Max. 10) that are allowed to request a Relay Broadcast."

Oversætteren har oversat "relay broadcast" til "relærundsendelse". Ifølge kundens glossar skal "broadcast" oversættes til "rundsendelse", men er "relærundsendelse" korrekt?
