Så vidt jeg ved, er termen "kapitalandel" mere anvendt i regnskabssammenhænge på dansk. Det er i hver fald den term, der anvendes i både selskabsloven og årsregnskabsloven.
I Regnskabsordbøgerne anbefaler de også "kapitalandel" som oversættelse og skriver, at "kapitalinteresse" er forældet.
