English term or phrase: diversion account

As in "Centrally billed diversion account"

I am translating strings for a financial website, but I don't have much context for this particular term. I found the following definition online:

An account set up to divert certain types of high-level charges from an account
to prevent the cardholder from going over his/her credit limit (e.g., when making
a contract payment). Not normally in use with government organizations.

The term "diverted transactions" also appear in my source document if that helps.

Asker: Jeg tror ikke, at sammenhængen passer med min tekst... Jeg tænkte på "omdirigering" i stedet for "viderestilling", altså en slags omdirigeringskonto, men jeg er absolut ikke sikker.

Asker: I appreciate your suggestions, but I chose to go with "omdirigeringskonto".
