Onder "sigarettenpijpje" vind je veel ouderwetse, lange pijpjes.
Er zijn voor zover ik weet (ik rook niet) ook pijpjes met een extra filter in de handel, die je dus op het filter van de sigaret plaatst.

Filter tip cigarettes are the ones with a filter on one end, in that case the filter is what's left. As fot the translation into Dutch, it depends on what's meant in this case :
Peuk is waarschijnlijk niet netjes genoeg, filter kan als het om filtersigaretten gaat, punt kan als het om de gloeiende punt van de sigaret gaat...
