I can't be sure that the source text is garbled - or how exactly.

They could mean that the solenoid valve (magneetspoel) is configured for use in a zero insertion force socket, i.e. a ZIF-voet or ZIF-connector (which would look like the first ref.). On the other hand the omission of 'zero' could be deliberate, i.e. indeed referring to the opposite of a ZIF socket, a niet-ZIF-voet which then would indeed correspond to just a normal socket. See 2nd ref. for an example of this use.

If you have a picture maybe you can decide which is the case. Otherwise check with the client.
