Explanation:
volgens mij moet je het zien als "rising attachment"-points. Op de een of andere manier worden de genoemde lagere niveaus tengevolge van de verliezen gedwongen steun te zoeken bij de hogere niveau's waardoor ze worden "ingepalmd", "geknecht". Ik weet geen echt goede uitdrukking. Misschien treedt er ook wel daadwerkelijke beslaglegging op tengevolge van oplopende schulden.
