neutral  Willem Wunderink: Ik denk juist wel dat dit datgene is wat bedoeld wordt: "elk niet-conform materiaal of wangedrag". Dat is de gedachte achter zo'n overeenkomst. Ik moet mijn mening herzien: Jan Willem heeft toch gelijk. In de USA is de term gebruikelijk; weer wat geleerd.

agree  Imre Csonka: ik ben het met dit antwoord eens. Het tegenovergestelde zou je 'formele inbreuk' kunnen noemen.
