Het ligt een beetje aan de context. Wat doet dit bedrijf? Maken zij de producten zelf? Het gaat er in ieder geval om dat zij de producten verkrijgen en dan aanpassen aan de bijzondere eisen/wensen van de klant. Dus als zij de producten ergens anders kopen, kun je gewoon "kopen" gebruiken, als ze er naar op zoek moeten, kun je "vinden" gebruiken en als ze ze zelf maken, kun je "fabriceren" of "produceren" gebruiken.
