Science - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng / Microbiology | | English term or phrase: cleaned food contact surface | I was thinking of:
schoongemaakt voedsel-contactoppervlak
But there must be a better translation than "voedsel-contactoppervlak", while keeping it as short as possible. F.e. "een schoongemaakt oppervlak dat in contact is geweest met voedsel" would be too long.
