Transformatie = omzetting van de ene (kristal)vorm of toestand naar de andere;
Dissolutie = oplossen (in dit geval het aquatisch milieu).
Helaas geen Google-hits op deze combinatie van termen, maar ik zou het zeker zo vertalen.
