Explanation:
If you have the EU legislation concerning Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals in mind, then you do not translate this REACH abbreviation

in Dutch, the whole name is: "registratie en beoordeling van en de autorisatie en beperkingen ten aanzien van chemische stoffen" but the abbreviation is still REACH....same in other languages....

If you are asking for RECLAMATION, then the correct term is REGENERATIE.....
