Tech/Engineering - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng
English term or phrase: conditioning content
Context:

"For the specific technical/user sheet:
Producer will mention:
• The absorbing power (in weight %), the capacity of conditioning (in l-Liters), for gasoil, and for water.
• The conditioning content will be expressed in kilograms (kg), or in liters (l), with indication of the mass per volume (or density)."

43 in http://www.niras-afvalplan.be/nieuw/downloads/2008-02N.pdf .
