Ik denk dat het gewoon gaat om het stuk opgerolde kabel.

Ik ben geen ingenieur of elektronicus, maar ik waag me toch aan een uitleg. Als je kabel te lang is, dan rol je die op. Een opgerold stuk kabel vormt een spoel die voor storing van elektronische aparaten kan zorgen. Dus uit voorzorg dien je ervoor te zorgen dat die spoel zich niet te dicht bij het apparaat bevindt.
