Explanation:
Het zou hier wel eens om een html editor oid kunnen gaan. Een beetje een gokje. Voor tool kan je gereedschap , editor of zelfs app gebruiken, maar tool is een goed nederlands woord in dit vak. De content van een website is html of een familielid daarvan.

Jan Willem's opmerking over dynamische web paginas (pages?) is hier ook van toepassing. Hij heeft zeker ook een punt over de neiging om de engelse termen over te nemen, maar in dit vakgebied (IT) is dat wel standaard.
