Dutch translation:isokeraunisch
Explanation:
This word seems to be misspelled. It should be 'isokeraunic', as it is derived from the Greek 'keraunos' which means 'lightning'. You can easily google for hte correct spelled term. Unfortunately, I can't find a strong proof for the Dutch equivalent.

neutral  Harry Borsje: Goed gevonden! In de brontekst wordt het woord echter volkomen misplaatst gebruikt (netzomin als je praat over gebieden met hoge isotherme/isobare niveaus). Gebieden met relatief veel onweersdagen, lijkt mij een zinvolle interpretatie.
