I searched and found english articles mentioning primary and secondary windings:

Then in a Dutch forum I found students (who are presumably taught the right terms) talking about primaire and secundaire wikkeling.

I have not found neutrale wikkeling, but thought it would follow naturally. Hope this helps.

Asker: in de rest van de tekst wordt "neutral" veelal in het Nederlands als "nul" vertaald (nullast enzo), maar nulwikkeling vind ik op het internet ook niet terug, wel "neutrale lijn", maar daar heb ik ook mijn twijfels over. Ik dacht ook aan "nulgeleider", maar ben er allerminst zeker van. Alleszins bedankt voor de suggestie.
