Het is me niet helemaal duidelijk wat hier bedoeld wordt. Gaat het om waarden die bijdragen aan kortsluiting, of waarden die bij kortsluiting bijdragen aan iets anders? In het eerste geval zou ik het omschrijvend vertalen: aan kortsluiting bijdragende waarden. Anders letterlijk (en veiliger) vertalen: kortsluitingsbijdragewaarden.
