Het gaat over het voornemen prijzen voor bepaalde producten te verhogen. Ter toelichting van die prijsverhoging wordt het volgende gezegd:

Actually waiting any longer to move prices up, runs the risk of dissociating our increase from the timing of the drastic increases in input costs and make it more difficult for consumers and customers to understand.

Het zit hem vooral in dat "runs the risk of dissociating...". Ik weet gewoon niet wat daarmee wordt bedoeld...

In feite draagt het nog langer wachten met het verhogen van de prijzen het risico in zich dat onze prijsverhoging wordt losgekoppeld van het tijdstip van de drastische stijgingen van input-kosten en dat dit voor consumenten en klanten moeilijker te begrijpen wordt.
