English term or phrase: unit appreciation right
Echt veel context heb ik niet. Het staat in een opsomming van rechten die worden verleend aan werknemers van een onderneming.

Ik had als vertaling gedacht aan "Recht op toekenning van deelbewijzen", maar "appreciation" betekent niet echt "toekenning", maar eerder "erkenning" of "waardering".

Op Google heb ik verschillende keren "stock appreciation right (SAR)" teruggevonden, dat overigens altijd onvertaald is gebleven en als dusdanig gebruikt wordt.

Kent iemand hier een Nederlands equivalent voor?

Dit is wat het betekent, ik weet niet of hier een nederlandse uitdrukking voor is.
Het woord unit is het door het bedrijf afgesproken investerings eenheid. Gaat over wat bedrijven bijdragen aan (het pensioen of de bonus)de employee.
