the hyphen is an improvement imo, considering the likelihood the rice will have been puffed first and ground later. The Dutch here reads correspondingly: grits of puffed rice.
(Could call it gepofte-rijstkreem as well, but I have my doubts about the compatibility of kreem and poffen...)
