Explanation:
Een spel met vaste kansen is een spel waarbij iedereen altijd vanaf het begin tot eind dezelfde kans heeft om te winnen. Dit in tegenstelling tot spellen met kaarten of dobbelstenen waarbij gedurende het spel de kansen voortdurend veranderen (wie eenmaal Kalverstraat heeft in Monopoly zit o.h.a. geramd, wie eenmaal al zijn pionnen op het bord heeft bij Mens-erger-je-niet, heeft duidelijk voordeel).
Schaar, papier en steen heeft vaste kansen omdat elke ronde weer helemaal vanaf nul begint.
