Ik zou in plaats van een bij elkaar gezochte woord-voor-woord vertaling kiezen voor het Nederlandse equivalent. Er is dan duidelijk wat voor functie deze persoon bekleedt. "By Minister's licence" geeft slechts het officiele karakter aan van deze door de overheid toegekende, beëdigde functie. |
