Allereerst een disclaimer: dit staat als één term op het internet, inclusief wikipedia. Ik begrijp dat het een juridische term is, alleen weet ik het Nederlandse equivalent niet. Woordenboek geeft resp. onnozel en ergerlijk, maar me dunkt dat mijn opdrachtgever niet blij is met die vertaling (zie context hieronder). Wie biedt? Dank!
