Governance laat je toch alleen staan als het gaat om "good governance" in termen van nationale en lagere overheden in (ontwikkelings)landen? Hieronder context, en in de context bij mijn twee vorige vragen komt het ook voor. Ik vertaal het gewoon als "bestuur", maar als er iemand een betere suggestie heeft...
