Only if the Collective Bargaining Agreement in force states so, in case CM´s incapacity to work due to sickness or illness, LH shall compensate CM´s public benefit from the Social Security up to his fixed gross salary, as stipulated in Article 6 of this Agreement, for the time period stipulated on the Collective Bargaining Agreement if any.
