In the market, first the bulge bracket banks and later also the other banks increased salaries significantly as a reaction to the new regulations.
And on top of this pay mix shift banks have also awarded allowances for Identified staff to offset the negative effects of stricter rules on deferrals.
Het gaat om het personeelsbeleid van een bank op het gebied van prestatievergoedingen/salarissen, in vergelijking met het beleid van andere banken.
Is pay mix shift zoiets als 'verschuiving in de samenstelling van de vergoedingen?'
