English term or phrase: sophisticated person
As XXX carries on securities investment business only for sophisticated persons or high net worth individuals it does not need a license according to the XXXX law
Do we have a standard expression for "sophisticated person" in Dutch? I assume it is someone who is very au fait with investments?

Explanation:
kan een mogelijke vertaling zijn, maar ik zou het eventueel onvertaald laten als het gaat over de wetgeving van de Caymaneilanden, zie webpagina onder:

"... securities investment business exclusively for "sophisticated persons" or "high net worth persons" (as those terms are defined in the Securities Investment Business Law (Revised) of the Cayman Islands)
