| Grading comment Dat is idd de rest van de tekst. En hier heb ik voor gekozen omdat het 'wat deftiger' (maar niet al te bombastisch) klinkt dan zoeken en vinden. Voor de deadline was het overigens te laat, maar ik heb het in m'n woordenboek opgenomen. Bedankt.

Lijkt me een geval van management bullspeak voor 'zoeken en vinden'.
Het gebruik van 'source' als werkwoord is de laatste tijd hoog mode, en betekent zoiets als 'bronnen zoeken/realiseren voor'.
Als je je vertaling net zo bombastisch wilt maken als het origineel, schrijf je 'sourcet en realiseert'. Au.
