English to Dutch translations [PRO]

English term or phrase: inschieten
"Alle nieuwe aanvragen van xxx zijn ingeschoten"
This term is giving me the creeps. I cannot figure out if it means something like 'have been lost' in the sense of 'erbij inschieten' or 'have been inserted into the system', like actually shooting something into something else. Vandale has not been very useful, so any help would be appreciated.

Explanation:
Input passed to the method parameter in the "open()" function in the "Microsoft.XMLHTTP" ActiveX control isn't properly sanitised before being used in a HTTP request. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary HTTP requests via specially crafted input containing tab and newline characters (spaces are not allowed).

ik denk niet dat het erbij inschieten is, maar meer in de trant toegekend, gegund, gehonoreerd. (eventueel ingevoerd)
Blijkt er verder helemaal niks uit de context?

even wat gegoogled, en het ziet er naar uit dat het inderdaad "entered (in the system)" kan zijn (ik neem aan dat het hier om een IT-term moet gaan)
