Ook al wordt "failover" (en z'n verre neef "failback") vaak als zodanig gebruikt, het doet me 'n beetje pijn aan m'n ogen om een term zo klakkeloos uit de brontaal over te nemen. Ik zie weinig problemen in het gebruik van de samengestelde Nederlandse term "fout-herstel" als alternatief. Evengoed: gezien het wijd verbreide en dus in principe gesanctioneerde gebruik van "failover" bied ik het maar aan als alternatieve suggestie!
