Het gaat hier om een "corporate director" in de volgende betekenis:

"What is a corporate director? A corporate director is a director that is not a natural or real person. For example, if a company called ABC Group Limited owns a subsidiary called ABC Trading Limited it may have appointed ABC Group Limited as the director of ABC Trading Limited instead of a real person."

Is de Nederlandse vertaling hier "rechtspersoon bestuurder", of bestaat er een andere term voor? Alvast bedankt voor het meedenken!

In de betreffende vertaling wordt de "corporate director" alleen genoemd als één van de gedaagden (naast "gewone" "directors", dus ik kan helaas geen verdere context verschaffen.
