Hele zin:
This restriction [...] shall not apply to information ordered to be disclosed by a Court [...] or otherwise required to be disclosed by law or to information which becomes available to the public generally [...] without requiring a significant expenditure of labour skill or money.

Clausule mbt geheimhouding in een arbeidscontract. De "restriction" is het niet openbaar maken van vertrouwelijke informatie van het bedrijf. Ik zie niet goed hoe het laatste deel ("without...money") in het geheel past; ik weet ook niet goed hoe "expenditure of labour skill" vertaald zou moeten worden.

Kan iemand met meer ervaring in dergelijke teksten me op de goede weg helpen? Alvast hartelijk bedankt!

Explanation:
naar mijn gevoel is er een komma weggevallen... (zie ook deze Google-resultaten: http://tinyurl.com/69n4mdl)

... zonder dat hiervoor een aanzienlijke inzet van arbeid, vaardigheid of geld vereist is.

in plaats van 'vereist zijn' zou je ook 'gepaard gaan met' kunnen gebruiken.

(en 'hiervoor' verwijst naar het openbaarmaken van de informatie)
