Zie bijvoorbeeld deze zin: "This notice sets out the relevant amounts of each item listed as Leakage and Permitted Leakage pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement, dated [●] 2011, to determine the Leakage Amount (calculated on an after-Tax basis in the period from and including the Effective Date up to Closing)."
