Explanation:
"Labour" en "work" zijn eigenlijk min of meer synoniem, maar ik vermoed dat het gaat om (handen)arbeid.
Volgens de VD EN-NL betekent "premium" toeslag.
Dus ik denk dat het gaat om arbeid waarvoor meer betaald wordt, waarvoor je dus een premie krijgt bovenop het gewone loon, bv. voor overuren, of vanwege het gevaar of de vereiste expertise enz.
