| English term or phrase: commonly owned | the term is from the US patent system and I haven't got a clue as to how this should be translated in Dutch (I know the EPC pretty well, but can't think of an equivalent)... To avoid misunderstandings: apparently, it is not just a patent that is part of the disclosed state of the art; from the context I assume that it means something else (I could, however, be wrong there as well)...Any experts in the US patents system out there?
