Dit komt meerdere malen in een vonnis voor.
"After hearing the indictments from the prosecution being read to the defendants and after asking them whether they actually committed the offences, and that in response they pleaded innocent;"

Bestaat er hier een speciale uitdrukking voor of mag je dit gewoon vertalen als "nadat de aanklager de beschuldigingen heeft..."?
