Een 'summary judgment' is 'rechtspraak na korte behandeling' of 'vonnis in een verkorte procedure (zonder jury).
Volgens Van Dale heeft standrecht als regel de doodstraf tot gevolg.
Ik ben niet geheel zeker over de gekozen doelterm omdat verder verband ontbreekt.

Nee, beter is dan 'dagvaarding in een verkorte procedure' of 'snelrecht.
In Mijn Woordenboek staat ook:
