Law/Patents - Law (general) / defence | | English term or phrase: engagement report | AAA on the other hand conducted legal and financial due diligence and calculated the purchase price in accordance with the terms in Article 4 of the Agreement. The financial data of BBB underlying AAA's calculation were final and in line with the XXX Accounting Standards. The data and AAA's calculation were submitted for review to CCC. CCC provided an engagement report in this respect that was in line with the ISAE 3000 and confirmed both the accuracy of the underlying financial data and the correctness of AAA's calculation of the purchase price. The purchase price as calculated by AAA, ZZZ was thus much lower than the purchase price that DDD presented in his calculations...
