2.4.27 The grounds on the basis of which AAA requested the President of the YYY to recuse the arbitral tribunal as described in its request and the supplements thereof can be summarized as follows:
(i) the arbitral tribunal rendered an arbitral award in which AAA was ordered to pay XXX to BBB, although the tribunal was aware of the fact that BBB committed extensive fraud in respect of the Agreement on the acquisition of the shares in the CCC;
(ii) the arbitral tribunal failed to consider crucial statements and evidence that should have led to the dismissal of BBB's claim; and
(iii) the arbitral tribunal violated essential procedural rules by depriving AAA of the right to present all the evidence that is material for the case and by rendering the award while recusal proceedings were pending;
