Law/Patents - Law (general)
English term or phrase: relevant practice direction
This is an expression from notes for a Claimant on entering a claim against a defendant. The full sentence goes: Your particulars of claim must include any other matters required for your type of claim as set out in the relevant practice direction."
Thanks for your help.
in de desbetreffende praktijk richtlijnen/voorschriften
relevant = here: desbetreffende or 'van toepassing zijnde' or 'ter zake dienende'; 'relevant' is OK as well, but since you're dealing with law etc, use something not too 'snappy' ;-)
Direction= instructie, voorschrift
Directions = richtlijnen
Even though 'direction' is singular, I'd go for 'richtlijnen' or 'voorschriften'
