Specifically: 'In accordance with the “Company Law of P.R.C” and the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Wholly Foreign Invested Enterprises” and other relevant laws and regulations, the investor hereby resolves to establish a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and formulate these Articles of Association.'

Het gaat blijkbaar over ondernemingen die geheel met buitenlands kapitaal gefinancierd worden. De meeste links die ik vond verwijzen linksom of rechtsom naar China. Ter vergelijking een zin met 'Netherlands' i.p.v. 'foreign'.
