Okay, folks. One final question regarding this apostille. We believe the translation should be rendered something like this: "... behoorlijk beëdigd, en dat het volste vertrouwen en eer op al zijn officiële handelingen van toepassing is."

"het volste vertrouwen en eer" is not a standard Dutch expression.

I'm not sure if you even need to add the official part, as 'naar eer en geweten handelen' applies to all situations. Actually, I feel that 'te goeder trouw' might even be too much here as it really means the same thing. That's why I put it into brackets.
