Bij de postbakoefening krijgt de kandidaat een envelop of postbakje met daarin een aantal documenten zoals memo's, brandbrieven, beleidsnota's, klachtbrieven en notulen. De kandidaat moet binnen een afgesproken tijdsduur orde in de chaos kunnen brengen, prioriteiten kunnen stellen en actie kunnen ondernemen. (ref.)

De 'in-tray' heet 'Postvak In' of 'Inbak', maar een 'postvaktest' of 'inbaktest' is een test waarbij de kwaliteit van het bakje vastgesteld wordt. Het gaat bij deze test om het selecteren, vandaar mijn suggestie.
Maar er is hier nog ruimte voor verbetering.
