Zonder verdere context blijft dit noodzakelijkerwijs een gok, maar ik denk dat de 'tree' hier verwijst naar een zgn. 'boomanalyse' (tree analysis) om de achterliggende oorzaak/oorzaken van of de kans op verlies/verliezen (risicoanalyse) te bepalen. Misschien dat je ook 'verliesanalyse (boomdiagram)' of iets dergelijks zou kunnen gebruiken. |

Explanation:
Omdat je verder geen context hebt, is het moeilijk dit te plaatsen. Op Google vind ik de uitdrukking "verliesboom" in een cursus over rouw. Met boom kan natuurlijk ook structuur worden bedoeld. Misschien helpt je dit.
