Prestatie evaluatieproces. Maar ik zoek een exactere vertaling voor review: prestatie heroverwegingsproces?? Weet iemand een betere oplossing. In zelfde zin nog een keer review (ww) heb ik met heroverweeg vertaald.

Explanation:
Performance Review is in the US (and in Australia) a three step process. Step 1: employer and employee negotiate certain targets to be achieved in the next one year period. Half way there is a review. It is established if the employee is on track, if the targets are realistic. If not, the targets are reviewed and a new strategy is proposed or new targets are being set (herzien en bijsturen). The last step is the Appraisal. That is the old Personeelsbeoordeling in the Netherlands, but this one is based on the targets that were set.

Ja, bedankt. Om deze 'herziening' gaat het. Ik had het al uitgedokterd en wilde graag een ander woord voor herziening. Ik heb het evaluatie genoemd, hoewel dat ook beoordeling is. Maar 'tussentijdse' stond er al voor en bijsturing erachter. Vandaar. Hartelijk bedankt voor het meedenken.

Als je dan echt nog een ander woord zoekt, kun je ook nog prestatie-evaluatie(proces) gebruiken. Ik ga akkoord met Tina dat er in deze context nauwelijks of geen verschil is tussen het aangehaalde \'appraisal\' and \'review\'
