Context:

"Stop screws are provided on the swivel pan to prevent the mixer from exceeding a maximum 30 degree angle of movement in either direction thus preventing the mixer shaft from fouling on the manway adaptor as the shaft passes through it into the tank. As a guide a dimension of 3mm between the face of the manway adaptor, and these stop screws should be observed at this maximum angle."
