perhaps you wonder about this "a" in "2a" and about this "selective"

well, this "a" is just an unnecessary reiteration of "alpha": "2a" means "2alpha"

"selective" points out that this antagonist works selectively on the alpha 2 adrenergic receptor rather than on both the alpha 1 and the alpha 2 adrenergic receptor

"antagonist" should be "agonist"

the completely right answer is:

selectieve alfa-2-adrenergereceptoragonist
