Je hebt positief en negatief controleweefsel. Dat in-house verwijst waarschijnlijk naar het feit dat het weefsel van de leverancier afkomstig is. Component van intern negatief controleweefsel dus, of in-house?

Explanation:
Ik vind het gebruik van de term 'intern' verwarrend, omdat het zou kunnen verwijzen naar ander weefsel (b.v. tumor-vrij weefsel i.t.t. tumor weefsel) van dezelfde patient.
Door gebrek aan context is het me niet helemaal duidelijk of 'in-house' naar de leverancier of naar de klant verwijst. Als het naar de leverancier verwijst, of als de klant een bedrijf is, zou ik 'bedrijfseigen' gebruiken; in andere gevallen zou ik de term 'eigen' gebruiken of het eventueel omschrijven, b.v. 'van het ziekenhuis zelf'.
Tenslotte vraag ik me af of het nodig is om het woord 'component' te vertalen; afhankelijk van de context zou het overbodig kunen zijn.
